Week 2

 Activity: Survey title for final year project and workshop 1

Students may choose the titles that are offered by lectures (FYP Supervisor) or come out with own ideas. After doing some thinking, I decided to choose the titles of my FYP project from Dr. Aizat's idea. I read through the list of the title and each synopsis of the project so that I can understand the requirement and some criteria that needed to complete the project. Several titles was given to Dr. Aizat for my FYP title which is:

1. Face recognition security system and hazard detection using Raspberry Pi
2. Intelligent security system and fire detection using Raspberry Pi 
3. Face recognition security system and hazard detection using machine learning.

On week 2 also the FYP coordinator, Mr. Mohamad Shaiful Bin Osman, held workshop 1 for general briefing. He explained about ruled and regulation of FYP, the activities throughout the semester, types of assessments and marking scheme for FYP. The workshop was held on Wednesday, 12/10/2022 at 2.30PM until 4.30PM via MS Teams.
